Known for California landscapes, he eventually worked toward greater abstraction as this example illustrates. His work is represented in numerous Museums including the California Art Museum, Richmond Art Center, Missoula Collets in Montana, The Pioneer Museum, Kaiser Center Gallery, the De young Museum in San Francisco and the Oakland Art Museum.
